The College Credit Plus (CCP) application is to be used by all EMIS reporting entities and Higher Education Institutions (HEI) as means to verify enrollment for funding.
Users can gain access to the CCP application within ODDEX by using the CCP application link on the navigation bar. Depending upon the user's SAFE roles, the user may have access to CCP Student course and/or Agreement data.

Student Summary Screen
In this summary screen, basic student identifiable information is included. The flags in the left most column represent the status of the student's CCP data.
- Reg flag - a contesting flag was set by the LEA
- Yellow flag - student is yet to be reviewed by the LEA
- No flag - reviewed, no flags set by LEA
The Match Score represents the data match between what the HEI has reported and what the LEA has reported for the student course.
The Record Active column indicates whether the record for that SSID is active or inactive.
- false = record is inactive
- true = record is active
A student may appear in this summary listing more than once. Each entry for a student represents a different CCP course that is being reported. Each student course record must be reviewed (approved or contesting flag) by the LEA.
Clicking on the flag icon, SSID or Course hyperlinks will open a popup window showing the full details of the student course information being reported. From the detail popup, the HEI will be able to view any flags/comments entered by the LEA for the student course record.
