The College Credit Plus (CCP) application is to be used by all EMIS reporting entities and Higher Education Institutions (HEI) as means to verify enrollment for funding.

Users can gain access to the CCP application within ODDEX by using the CCP application link on the navigation bar. Depending upon the user's SAFE roles, the user may have access to CCP Student course and/or Agreement data.

Match Score
- ODE will compare course data submitted by the district in the Staff/Course (L) Collection with course data provided to Higher Ed by the college. A “Match Score” is assigned to each course based on the degree of match between the two. The lower the score, the fewer data points that matched between the two entities.  A match score of zero indicates a course was reported by the HEI for a student that the LEA is not reporting any CCP information for.

The Record Active column indicates whether the record for that SSID is active or inactive.

Clicking on the flag icon, SSID or Course hyperlinks will open a popup window showing the full details of the student course information being reported. From the detail popup, the HEI will be able to view any flags/comments entered by the LEA for the student course record.

Student Course Detail

The student course detail popup shows data as it was reported by both the LEA and the HEI.  The information at the top, the header information, is the basic information for the student course record. The information at the bottom provides a side-by-side display of what is being reported by the HEI and LEA.
