Please note that the details listed in the User Access Details are the access levels that were set as of the time the user last logged into ODDEX. If changes are made to the user's access information thru SAFE, the user will need to log out and log back into ODDEX in order for the access changes to be reflected. |
ITC Staff Access
ITC staff can access the data for all districts their ITC is affiliated with. In order for the access to be allowed in ODDEX, the ITC staff member must first have a SAFE account. Once the SAFE account is established, the OEDS administrator at the ITC must grant this employee's SAFE account SDC Student Level access. Once both of these steps are completed and the changes have cycled through all the departments, usually 12-14 hours, the ITC staff member should be able to log into ODDEX using their SAFE credentials and have access to district data.
