The view of the data within this application is dependent on whether you have authorized access to a community school or a resident district along with access roles.

Navigation Bar

 

  • Home - Returns user to Landing Page
  • Students - All students reported for district
  • User - Edit and view of district user information
  • Agencies - Edit and view of district level information
  • District drop down - If user has roles to access multiple entities, choose one to narrow data set.  If user has access to more than one, the first alphabetically will appear.
  • Year drop down - The current school year is populated
  • Logout - Logs the user out of ODDEX

Once on this screen, a Resident District can click on the icon and the application will automatically clear any flags that had been set by the district and the student is marked as having Resident District approval for Community School funding.  If desired, the  icon can be used as well.  This will return districts to the Flagging screen.  To clear the flags and approve the student from this screen, click on the  icon.

 

Community School

From the summary screen, you will see a listing of all students any community or STEM district you have access rights to, has reported to SOES.

Districts will have the ability to use the various find options.   Selections by name, SSID, and Gender are at the student  level.  The find by review status includes these choices:

  • Blank - all records
  • New
  • No Activity
  • New flags/comments
  • Flags/Comments
  • Reviewed

 

 

 

The find box can be collapsed clicking on the lower left corner icon  Image Added.

The district has the ability to export the data for each student as found on the current screen.  To do this, click on the Image Added icon.  The data is then exported in a TAB delimited format that can be saved and imported into a spreadsheet.
