Pay Pay Distributions is are created for each employee for their employee. This will determine how an employee should be paid, either by Direct Deposit or Check:
Create Pay Distributions
1. Select employee from drop down box
2. Click on to select Pay Distribution Type

: Electronic Payment or Check option:
3. Click Continue
4. Enter in required Information:
5. Click on Save to create the Pay Distribution, click on cancel to not create the Pay Distribution and return to the Query.
Edit Pay Distribution
Pay Distributions that have been previously posted to the system may be modified.
