The Positions (Personnel) option is for employee's with OECN_PPS role only.  If an employee only has the PPS role, then they would only see the Position (Personnel) option in their menu and not the Position option.

Search/View Positions

Positions Grid allows the user to search for existing Positions. Click on  to view a particular positions. 

Edit Positions

1. Search desired Employee on grid
2. Click on  to edit the Position
3. Make desired changes
4. Click on to save desired changes to the Position, click on to not posted changes and return to the Position grid.
