  1. Enter the STRS New Hire Report Options if you choose to change the Report Title.
  2. Generate the Report by selecting the 'Generate Report' button.  clicking onImage Added   
  3. Generate the submission file. There are 2 options available:
    1. To generate the submission file immediately:
      1.  Select  'Generate Submission File and Submit To STRS' Click on  Image Addedto send the Submission file immediately to STRS.
    2.  To generate the submission file at a later date:
      1. Select 'Generate Submission File' and Click on Image Added and then at a later time you can submit it to STRS.  At a later date you would perform the following:
        1. Find the STRS New Hire csv file (Browse)and click theImage Added 
        2. Upload the file (Upload)by clicking Image Added
        3. Submit the file (Submit Uploaded File) by clicking  Image Added
