For employee's that are paid on a lag, the district can use 'Add Date Range Selection' during Initialization, this will insure ensure days are counted for retirement.
- The Add Date Range Selection option can be used to include multiple beginning and ending payroll dates for groups of employees as long as they all have the same pay date. Select the Option and supply different beginning and ending payroll dates and the applicable pay group for these dates. The pay date is the same in all cases.
An employee that is marked as 'Retired Retiree' and a 'Retired Date' is entered on Payroll Item 450, will NOT calculate 'show Days Paid ' on the report but will NOT be on the submission file.
STRS Per Pay Days do NOT get submitted on the submission file to STRS. These days are on the STRS per pay report only for verification and will be on the STRS Advance FYTD report and reported on the STRS Advance submission at FYE submission.
