Summary
This release of USAS-R contains exciting new features, but fixes and improvements as detailed in the release notes below.
- The new canned Audit report is now available via the Report menu. This initial release is ahead of schedule and currently offers the ability to run an auditor audit report on the Purchase Order and Invoice objects only. The remaining objects and additional changes will be added in completed with the 8.27.0 release and will complete the rewrite of the Audit report.
- The 584 fund has been updated to use the new description per the Auditor of State's office. The fund's default description has been changed from "DRUG FREE SCHOOL GRANT FUND" to "TITLE IV, PART A, STUDENT SUPPORT AND ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT".
- The ability to modify and delete Refunds without checks has been implemented.
- The Outstanding Purchase Order Detail report has been updated to exclude system adjustment charges posted as a result of the account change process.
- Patch to correct a problem with an account change. This patch impacts a single district and corrects a purchase order item.
- Patch to correct archived carryover amounts. Previously carryover amounts for archived fiscal years were displaying as 0.00. With this patch those archived fiscal year carryover amounts are now available.
- Corrected the accounts being provided as by default when repaying an advance. Also updated the account drop down to properly order the accounts available to use when repaying advances.
- The beta release of the Workflows project. With this release comes the ability to use workflows for the Requisition approval process. Please see details below for more information. – THIS NEEDS EDITED, SOUNDS LIKE EVERYONE CAN USE, NOT GOOD.
The beta release of the Workflow project is included in this release of USAS. SSDT will send out an email regarding the Beta phase of testing this newest feature. --Jodi ask Marc about what else to say here.

There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes.
