1. To schedule a report bundle, click on .
   
   
   
   
2. Enter Job Parameters to schedule the Report Bundle
   1. Job Types: Select "Event" for the Job Type
   2. Job Name: Defaults to what is displayed in the 'Name' parameter.  This is what will show in the Job Scheduler when the Job runs each month. Updated if desired.
   3. Events: Choose the following event to schedule the report bundle to run when a Posting Period is closed
      
      org.ssdt_ohio.usas.model.postingPeriod.PostingPeriodCloseCompletedEvent
      
      
   4. Send Output to: The following path must be entered to send the reports to the File Archive with the other Monthly Reports

      fileinfo://MonthlyReportFileSet/eventFiscalYear/eventMonth
      
      

   5. Archive type: Choose the option to Send a single notification with multiple attachments
      
      
      

3. Click  to schedule the Report Bundle.
