A Group Chain is how the approval process for the Group flows from one user to another.     

Create Group Chain

1. Click  to set up a Group Chain.
2. Choose Type of Group Chain (i.e. Requisition Approval) and click continue.

3. Enter the information for the Group Chain:
   • Name - enter the name for your Group Chain
   • Description - enter the description (optional)
4. Select the Groups to be included in the Group Chainand drag Available Groups from the left to right to set up Group Chain for the approval process.  To deselect, drag from right to left.
