Bug Fixes
Improved the handling of posting periods during Disabled the post button on pending transactions after it is clicked to prevent duplicate postings
Corrected the account change process . Posting periods will no longer be reopened as part of the account change process. Transactions affected as part of the account change process will still be updated to reflect the change in accounts. The opened and closed dates on the Posting Period grid will accurately reflect when the district has opened or closed a posting period.
Improved exception handling and error logging for account change.
Implemented parallel processing for account change to make the process more performant.
Created a listener to rerun interrupted account change jobs.
