How MTD and FTD Days Paid are calculated
The report uses a combination of Attendance, Job Calendar and Adjustment Journals added all together based on the date range that is entered. If employee's past job is archived, make sure to enter a Calendar Stop date.
If days are more than what expected, look at each pay in the month the report was ran and look at the Beginning and Ending dates of each payroll. The system will use these dates to determine the beginning and ending count of days, even if one of the employee's jobs was on a DEF calendar during that time frame.
