Under the tab click on the box that is located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
- District-Choose the District from the drop down
- Quarter-Choose the quarter from the drop down
- Calendar Year-Enter in the Calendar Year for the file.
Click on the button and find the district's ODJFS file that they securely emailed to you or copy it down from the district File Archive OR drag and drop the file using the option.
When the file has been loaded click the button.
The ODJFS District Entry screen will display the Name, IRN, Quarter and Calendar Year for each district

To download the file click on button.
To modify or view the entire record click on the button. If updates are made click on the button.
To delete the record click on . A pop up box will appear If you wish to delete the record confirm by clicking on the box. If you do not want to delete the record click on the button and then on Cancel again.
ODJFS Merge
Click on the tab.

ODJFS Merge contain three options:
- ODJFS District Entry
- ODJFS Merge
- ODJFS Merge Results

The ODJFS District Entry option displays a grid of districts uploaded ODJFS files. You must have one entry for each district that is being submitted.
- If needing to add a new file, select .
- Using the drop down, select the District.
- Using the drop down, select the Quarter.
- Enter the Calendar Year you want to report.
- Upload the file by using one of the following options:
- Click the to select the file you want to import. Only the files created from USPS-R>Reports>ODJFS Reporting>ODJFS Report will be accepted. Click .
- Drag and drop the file in the 'Drop ODJFS File here' area. Click .
- Click Edit Item to edit a record. Only fields that are allowed to be edited will be displayed. From the Edit Item screen, you can also Delete the record. This will remove that district's file from the grid.
- Click Download if you want to download the the file and review.
- Once you have entered all of your districts files, please proceed to the 'ODJFS Merge' option.

The ODJFS Merge option combines all districts files (currently stored in the 'ODJFS District Entry' grid), for quarter specified, into one appended file.

A message will pop up telling you the Click on the button.to merge all files selected into one file. The message 'ODJFS Merge Job Scheduled Successfully' will appear at the bottom left of the screen when complete. Please proceed to the ' ODFJS Merge Results' option to review the merged files.

Click on the tab.
The data that was merged will be listed with Quarter, Calendar Year, who created the file will be listed in the Generated By field, the date and time the file was generated will be listed in the Generated field and the Total Districts in the file will be listed.
To view the district data click on the button. This will list ODJFS Account, Name, Employee Count and Wages Paid.
To download the file results click on the button. File name will be ODJFSResults-X Quarter-2022.csv This will list
To download a file for uploading click on the button. This will create the UIWAGE.YYQQ.txt file that can be uploaded on The Source website-https://thesource.jfs.ohio.gov/employer.html

The ODJFS Merge Results option includes all merged (appended) files for the districts selected in the 'ODJFS Merge' option. The grid includes the quarter, the calendar year of the merged file, the user name of who generated the merged file, the date and timestamp of the merged file creation, and the total number of districts included in the merged file.
- To quickly review the districts included in the merged file, click on Edit . It will display:
- District's ODJFS Account.
- District Name.
- Employee count.
- Total wages paid.
- If you would prefer to download the merge data into a spreadsheet, you can click on the 'Extract Results'.
- If you need to delete the merged file, you can click on Delete.
- To download the merged the file in the required file format, click on . This file can be used to submit to the various reporting entities.
