This report will take the results file provided by the SSA when a SSN verification file is submitted , and convert it into a report. Users will upload the result file and then run the report. Attached is a sample results file. Test running the report using the sample file. Test both PDF and CSV output. CSV output will not contain report parameters or report totals. It will also separate the employee’s name into 3 separate columns.
