Users may gain access to the SOES Calendar application within ODDEX by selecting SOES on the navigation bar or by clicking on one of the blue hyperlinks within the Calendar Summary of the landing page. See Landing Page for details on its use. Only those users with access to a community school or a sponsor of a community school will have access to the Calendar option from the SOES navigation bar drop down.

The ability to approve or reject Calendars is only available to the school sponsor. Clicking the Review button in the summary listing will take the sponsor to a calendar approval page. If rejecting the calendar, the sponsor will be required to provide information as to why the calendar is being rejected in the Comment area. Selecting the Cancel button will take the user back to the summary listing without approving or rejecting the calendar, it will remain unreviewed.
