Summary
This release of USAS-R contains the following improvements detailed in the release notes below. Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS.
Important Highlights
Improvements
Implemented the ability to post Encumbrance adjustments on the account to correct classic migration errors. This new feature will be available to Admin users only. ITCs who feel adjustments need to be made to accounts to correct a balancing problem should reach out to SSDT prior to using this adjustment transaction.- Implemented the ability to use the PO Repair option to remove the vendor, resulting in a multivendor PO. This new option can be performed on any new or previously invoiced PO. The PO vendor may not be removed on any Paid PO.
- Updated test instances to include SSDT Roles. Previously SSDT Roles were not being created for test instances.
- Replaced the Federal Assistance Detail and Summary UIs.
