To load Employee Absence information Click here for more information on Attendance/Absence Mass Load
To Add Employee Attendance and Absence entries using the Mass Load option, you will need to create a csv file using the following format:
You will then go to Utilities>Mass Load
USPS Load File-You will click on and find the csv file you wish to load.
Importable Entities-From the Drop Down option your will select "Absence"

A USPLOADERR.CSV file will be created. There will be indicators on the screen informing you how many records loaded and how many had errors. If errors occurred, the USPLOADERR.CSV report should be open to view the errors. The errors can be corrected on the USPLOADERR.CSV file and this file can be used to load into Mass Load again.

Errors
- Compensation is advanced. New earnings (REG) may not be added to the compensation.
- Irregular pay type affects contract amount paid for advanced compensation, can not be used.
- Can not find entity reference
- Missing Leave Unit on employee LeavesMake sure Employee ID is correct
- unable to convert '2022408' to Calendar for property activityDate
- date should be '20220408'
- Cannot calculate absence length - no active compensations found for Employee # Position null
- check they have an active compensation or a Leave Unit (Daily or Hourly) selected in the employee's Leaves
