A custom Report Bundle can be created to schedule additional reports to be sent to the Monthly File archive along with the standard SSDT Monthly Report Bundle.

Custom Report Bundles will run reports based on the current posting period. When scheduling custom Monthly Report Bundles with this process, the bundle will begin to generate when a posting period is closed. Users should then allow the custom Report Bundles to complete before changing the current posting period to the new period. |

- To schedule a report bundle, click on

- Enter Job Parameters to schedule the Report Bundle
- Job Types: Select "Event" for the Job Type
- Job Name: Defaults to what is displayed in the 'Name' parameter. This is what will show in the Job Scheduler when the Job runs each month. Updated if desired.
- Events: Choose the following event to schedule the report bundle to run when a Posting Period is closed
