Add a New District
- To enter a district manuallyindividually, under the Districts tab, click on the district grid.

District Import Criteria
Please use the template spreadsheet containing template spreadsheet containing the fields in the proper format (listed in the table below). If you are not using the template spreadsheet and are creating a spreadsheet of your own, the field names on the spreadsheet must exactly match the Field field names listed below. The field names are case sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown below making sure to include the spaces between words. Please note, the fields specified below as "Required field" are the only fields that must appear in the spreadsheet. All other fields are optional. NOTE: The order of the fields does not matter however, the spreadsheet must be saved in CSV format being importing.

Search/View/Edit/Delete a District
The District grid displays existing districts. You can search for existing district by clicking in the filter row in the grid columns and entering in the desired information. By default, the grid sorts by ??.
Click edit icon to view the details of the district. From there, you can edit the existing data and Save save any changes.
You can also Delete the district from the edit window. This will remove the district from the grid. NOTE: If there is existing information in any of the Merge options for this district, you will not be able to delete the district until the merge data is deleted beforehand.
