If the user knows their old password, they can change it using the 'change password' option under the System Menu.
- Enter your old password.
- Enter your new password. The new password must be.....
- Re-enter your new password under "Verify New Password"
- Click on 'Change Password' to reset it or Cancel to exit out without changes.
What if they don't remember their password.. how does it get reset since there isn't a username option.
