Used to create, update and delete Building and Department Codes

Create

To Create new Building and/or Department Codes, click on

Enter a Code as numerical, Alpha or Alphanumeric **Required Field**

Enter a Description

Select a Code Type from the dropdown box

• Building
• Department

Edit

Click on the  in the grid beside the Code to edit the record. 

Delete

Click on   in the grid beside the Code to be deleted. A confirmation box will appear asking to confirm the Code to be deleted:

• Note: An error will occur when trying to delete a code that is used on a position
