3. Items from the floor?  
   1. MVECA: EXPROC for 2021 roadmap?  They have several districts using it.
      1. We determined the districts using exproc were doing so to quickly catch up on posting transactions and not for the intended use of posting memo transactions.  We feel the ability to clone POs and post invoices and POs via CSV will help to facilitate the process.
