1. Angie Underwood: posting adjustments at the appropriation level

   1. Unable to locate Jira server for this macro. It may be due to Application Link configuration.

2. Ryan Jenkins: the faster we can make posting by spreadsheets available in Redesign like exists in Classic the better.  Discussed USPS non-contract compensations; can update existing but cannot load new.  Pickerington heavily used the ability to load and update via spreadsheets (Classic AUTOPOST)

   1. Marc: USPS has 2 mass loads on the current roadmap (pay accounts and pay distributions).  Have worked to remodel and improve this process which will most likely be available on the 2021 roadmap.  Happy to make improvements in this area.

   2. Jodi: USAS, based on a decision by the Prioritization Committee the ability to post Receipts via spreadsheet will be available by the end of July in time for the next school year.  Invoices and POs will follow in early 2021.  Mass loading vendors is currently on the 2020 roadmap for later this year but is subject to change based on the survey results.

   3. Ryan: concerned with budgets and proposed amounts.

      1. Michelle provided a link with step by step instructions as this is already possible in the Redesign.

      2. Ryan commented on being able to mass add adjustments as well.  Stated they were big users of ACCLOAD, but that is already available in Redesign also.  Would like to see posting PO, Invoice and Check like you could in Classic.

      3. Kim Atwell-Rhodes: discussed Angie's previous inquiry about appropriations.
