  1. Grids: fields and customization capabilities

    1. would like to see vendor name along with existing vendor number (pending & acq)

  2. Auto assigning tag numbers

    1. not used much, but when used would like to specify a district wide starting number

    2. some like to use fiscal year as first 4 digits each year (5-6 digits/characters after that) 

    3. most of items are tagged in warehouse, tech dept uses different sequence, then virtual tag numbers for items that can’t be tagged

  3. Highlight views, keep or eliminate?

    1. focus group didn't see a need for highlight views in inventory; would like to see enhancements in USPS

  4. Custom Roles?

    1. No need in inventory

  5. Fixed Format files still used for Importing/Exporting?  Is just implementing CSV ok?

    2. All seemed fine with CSV for exports

  6. Disposition UI - Need # of Items, Fund, Function and Asset Class fields?

    1. yes, would like to see those fields to ensure the correct item is being disposed of

  7. Splitting Items - Second screen with model/serial numbers needed?

    1. yes
