      2. Added new unique constraint on code + position id

      3. This will allow compensations to be unique by a user entered code

         1. Making mass loads easier (won't need the 'id' property)

      4. Sensible defaults for existing compensations

         1. MMYYYY-xxxxx

            1. X = first 5 digits of Position id

         2. Users can change these codes

   2. Proposed changes to Compensations pay per period & unit amount

      1. Changing job calendars could have unexpected changes for ppp and unit amount if override flags are not used

      2. Original plan was to auto calculate these properties to make pay off easier

      3. In practice, this has caused more problems than it has helped

      4. Remove override fields and calculated values

      5. Store static, user entered ppp and unit amount
