1. Jim Hudson - USASRFB-321

   1. During discussion it was noted that users can update and create filters already, ITC has to assign filters and update req prefix and balance checking.  These things are usually taken care of during initial migration setup or when new user is created and not updated much.  Not seen as a high priority.

   2. committee agreed this would be a nice improvement, but hesitant to reschedule something on the 2021 roadmap to complete it.  Issue is a candidate for the 2022 roadmap if it can't be completed during 2021 if time permits.
