Releases Since Our Last Meeting

• USPS-R 5.27.1 Release Notes (03/20/2019)

  • This was a hotfix release that corrected an issue that could have caused the net pay to go negative when dock amounts exceeding the employees gross pay were entered in payroll payments current.

• USPS-R 5.28.0 Release Notes (03/29/2019)

  • A Payments→Manual HANDCK replacement was included in this release.

  • This release also included the changes that modified the order in which payroll items were subtracted from the remaining gross. 

• USPS-R 5.28.1 Release Notes (04/04/2019)

  • This release included a classic CRDC report replacement.

  • Performance improvements with the employer distributions and employer retire share reports were also included in this release.

• USPS-R 5.28.2 Release Notes (04/08/2019)

  • This hotfix release corrects a W2 printing issue introduced in v5.22.3 (released Jan 16, 2019 ). 
    
    

    • If an employee had no city and no OSDI withholding they were incorrectly being excluded from the W2 xml and printable form file options. 

    • They were however included on the W2 report and the resulting submission file. 

• USPS-R 5.29.0 Release Notes (04/10/2019)

Upcoming Releases

• USPS-R 5.30.0 (projected to be released on 04/26/2019)

  • The extracted payrollcd zip file will be able to be loaded through the UI if it was not loaded as part of the import process.

  • Payrec has been refactored to be consistent with the USAS autorec UI per user request. 

  • Payroll item detail report will be able to be generated for posted payrolls.

  • Earnings register will print the employee's name at the top of each page.
