  • What does “Closing” a period do? Is it necessary to have a “Close date”? How does this differ from “End Date”?

  • After a Timesheet is submitted to a workflow, can the timesheet’s owner make further changes?

  • Last meeting we discussed Timesheet Activities.

    • Proposal to add a Timesheet Activity to each line item

      • REG - Regular hours

      • MISC - Miscellaneous hours / Exception Hours

      • CT - Comp Time hours

      • OT - Overtime hours

      • LR - Leave Request hours (automatically populated by LR approvals)

        • Possible to include a breakdown of LR type as well

        • Would not be user selectable

      • CT and OT may be disabled at the district level

    • Hours per type could be totaled on the form

    • When extracting line items to be paid…

      • Convert all REG line items to a REG pay type

      • Convert all EX line items to a MISC pay type

      • Convert all CT line items to a MISC pay type

      • Convert all OT line items to a OT pay type

      • LR’s will be handled by the leave request extract

      • Allow users to include / exclude REG items

      • Allow users to include / exclude Attendance data
