This Epic includes enhancements and refactors issues for Historical Payroll Item Transactions.
This Epic will be worked over the course of the second quarter of 2024. It will require multiple patches to change how certain parts of the Historical Payroll Item are stored.
The end goal of this Epic is to improve the performance of many of the queries that use the historical payroll item database tables.
