There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. Improvements
Implemented the ability to post Refunds via spreadsheet
Implemented a lock field on accounts and updated the account change request process to lock accounts while the job is processing. The new lock field will be read only and will be used for internal processes to prevent processing against accounts that are being modified via account change.
Bug Fix
Corrected the AR Billing to require a payment location.

Continued to refactor code to use constructor injection.
