Summary
This release of the SSDT Inventory application contains the following bug fix as detailed below.
Improvements
- Document Store UI has been created and is available under the System menu via the Document Storage menu option.
- The reports generated by the fiscal year bundle will now be stored in the Document Storage, they will no longer be emailed. The reports will be visible in the collection for the fiscal year that was closed. Once the fiscal year is closed a job will generate the bundle. The status of the job can be viewed in Jobs tab of the System → Monitor menu option.
- The INV_STANDARD role (minimum) is required to see the Document Storage view
- Collections of reports, FY23 for example, can be renamed if desired, FY 2023 or Fiscal Year 2023.
- Reports can be downloaded from the document storage area as well as deleted from the collection.
- If needed, a collection can be deleted.
