- USPS-R 6.29.1 Release Notes
- Classic W2 Submission files all end in the file extension .SEQ
- Redesign used the .SEQ extension, but multiple tax entities are requesting the file have the .txt extension
- There are no changes being made to the submission files, just changing the extension
- This will prevent the users from having to change the extension before upload
- If you have already created the submission files, there is no need to run them again. You can change the file extension from .SEQ to .txt
- USPS-R 6.29.2 Release Notes
- After working with CCA to test our W2 Submission layout, it was discovered that we need to update a few items.
- This issue corrects the items CCA requires for tax year 2020 on the W2 submission.
- If you have already created the CCA file for your district in redesign, you should regenerate the CCA submission.

- Bug Fixes
- Correct bug that was incorrectly adding employer pickup values to the history. These values were never used if the employee was not a pick up employee, but it was confusing to see the values in the payment grids.
- Improvements
- Improved the AFFORD report to use the determined date range for the employee in the Days and Month calculation
- Allow Non-Taxable Reimbursement to be saved without applying to retirement
- USPS-R 6.30.1 Release Notes
- If the user entered a '-' character in the W2 Configuration Submitter EIN field AND the district was setup to submit for themselves, the dash was included in the RA record.
- This will cause the file to be rejected.
- Once this change is installed, the district can rerun the submission and it will correctly remove the '-' character in the RA record.
