For several of the modules in USXS-R, when saving a transaction or record, you can checkmark whether to 'Create New' or 'Close' before clicking on 'Save'. you have the ability to choose how the 'Save' button will function. You can choose to "Create New" or "Close" the window by selecting the appropriate checkbox to the left of the 'Save' button.
- 'Create New' will leave the window open and allow you to immediately create another transaction.
- 'Close' will close the window immediately after the transaction or record has been posted.
For any subsequent transactions in that module, it will retain the selected 'Create New' or 'Close' option until it is uncheckedIf neither checkbox is selected, the default behavior of the Save button is to keep the window open to review the transaction.
Once they make a selection the system will remember this option and behave this way each time they enter that UI/interface. Each UI/interface is remembered independently, so you can choose save and create new when processing receipts for example, but save and close in another interface.
