For several of the modules in USXS-R, when saving a transaction or record, you can checkmark whether to 'Create New' or 'Close' before clicking on 'Save'.
- 'Create New' will leave the window open and allow you to immediately create another transaction.
- 'Close' will close the window immediately after the transaction or record has been posted.
For any subsequent transactions in that module, it will retain the selected 'Create New' or 'Close' option until it is unchecked.
Step-by-step guide
In order to keep a window open to create a subsequent transactions or records.
- Click on 'create' to create a new transaction or record
- Checkmark 'Create New'
- Enter the details of your transaction or record.
- Click on 'Save'. The transaction or record will be posted and the window will remain open prompting you to create a new transaction or record
In order to close a window after a transaction or record
- Click on 'create' to create a new transaction or record
- Checkmark 'Close'
- Enter the details of your transaction or record.
- Click on 'Save'. The transaction or record will be posted and the window will close automatically.
