Redesign Role Classic EIS Identifier Definition Permissions INV_ADMIN OECN_SYSMAN Classic System Manager Role Grants full access to the Inventory system. This includes all standard pages and access to the Configuration, Capitalization Criteria, and Users. INV_GROUP_MANAGER OECN_EIS_GM Classic EIS Group Manager Role Grants read and write access to the Inventory system. This includes all standard pages and access to the Configuration and Capitalization Criteria. INV_STANDARD OECN_EIS Classic EIS Standard Role Grants read and write access to the Inventory system. This includes all standard pages and the ability to Pull items from USAS on the Pending Transactions page. INV_READ_ONLY OECN_EIS_RO Classic EIS Read-Only Role Grants read only access to the Inventory system. This includes standard pages only.

If active directory has been enabled under System>ADS Configuration, you may check the 'external authentication' in order for a user to login in using active directory If Two-Factor Authentication has been enabled, the user must use DUO mobile authentication to login into Inventory. If the user's DUO account has not been set up in the application, they will not be able to log into Inventory. |
