Users
A "user" is an individual for whom the software is designed and who uses it. The username entered when creating the user account will be the username used to log into Inventory.
Users are assigned one or more Roles. The roles assigned to the user thus determine the access that the user will have in the system.
Inventory users will not migrate from the Classic EIS software. Users must be created in Inventory after import.
Create a User
From the System menu, select 'User.'
Click from the User grid.
Enter/Select required user information.

Two-Factor Authentication cannot be enabled unless a proper email address has first been entered in the user account.
If Two-Factor Authentication has been enabled, the user must use DUO mobile authentication to log in to Inventory. If the user's DUO account has not been set up in the application, they will not be able to log into Inventory.
