When the 'Grad Program Code Info' option is selected from the Grad drop down, a summary listing will be provided that includes all Program Codes based on the selected district. The summary listing may be refined by using various query options. The user may select a combination of options. When doing so, if the Clear is not used, when the user returns to the same screen, their last used selection options will be populated as the default. The Clear option may be used to reset the selections to their default values.
Find/Export
Districts will have the ability to use the various filter options. These options are:
- Last name
- First Name
- SSID
- Program Code Source
- Program Code
The Program Code Source dropdown box has 4 options: All, Reported, ODE Generated, and Industry Credential. 'All' is the default option.

If the user selects a different option in the Program Code Source dropdown box, the Program Code box will be instantly updated to only include program codes with the selected source. For example, if the user selects 'Reported' in the Program Code Source box, the Program Code box will be updated to only include program codes that have been reported to EMIS by the selected district.
Using the Clear link resets all of the query filters to empty/default values.
The find box is collapsible using the icon in the lower upper left corner of the find box. The icon acts as a toggle allowing you to collapse and expand the find box as desired.

Using the Export button, the user has the ability to export full details for each program code included in the current selections (Find selections). From the File Output Format drop down, select TAB delimited or comma separated (CSV) format. The resulting file may be saved and imported into a spreadsheet.
Summary Listing
Program codes will be listed in a summary format sorted by in 'Fiscal Year Reported' order by default (, with the most recent date listed first). Columns in the grid whose headings are blue and contain are sortable. The column heading acts as a toggle allowing the data to be sorted in ascending or descending order by repeatedly clicking on the column heading.
