The File Import option will not be visible in the Utilities menu unless the user has been granted the MODULE_FILE_MONTHLYREPORT_CREATE and MODULE_FILE_FISCALYEARREPORT_CREATE permissions. USAS_STANDARD and USAS_MANAGER roles contains these permissions by default. |
The import view simply File Import option prompts for a zip archive filename, and then imports everything. The zip file would typically contain the whole directory structure (for all years) for a given district.
NOTE: Once the archived data file have been imported, the user can access the File Archive option under UTILITIES to download an archived report.
