The File Import option will not be visible in the Utilities menu unless the user has been granted the MODULE_FILE_MONTHLYREPORT_CREATE and MODULE_FILE_FISCALYEARREPORT_CREATE permissions. USAS_STANDARD and USAS_MANAGER roles contains these permissions by default. |
File Import option prompts for a zip archive filename, and then imports everything. The zip file would typically contain the whole directory structure (for all years) for a given district.

Monthly/Fiscal Year CD Import from Classic
Use 'Upload Zip File' to select and import a zip file containing the full directory structure (for all years).
Zip Archive File
The process of creating the zip file my be slightly different for ITCs depending on the directory structure used on the VMS system for these files. The file should contain all directories for all years of MonthlyCD/FiscalCD reports. Each year would then separate the reports by Month as shown below.

NOTE: Once the archived data file have been imported, the user can access the File Archive option under UTILITIES to download an archived report.
