Bank Account

The bank account search allows you to search for existing bank accounts by clicking in any box under the grid headers the empty box in the grid columns and entering in the desired information. Click on the bank account number on any row of the search results to see a summary view of the record. The pencil with paper icon will allow the user to edit the bank account and the circled x will allow the user to delete the bank account. The   The Advanced Search can be utilized by clicking on the magnifying glass Image Added  in the upper right side of the grid. Please refer to the Query (change to grid?) chapter for more details on how to use the query capabilities of the software.

Edit

Click on the Edit icon in the grid beside the bank account to edit the record. Only fields that are allowed to be edited will be displayed.
