Allows Data Change Manager, District Manager or Admin the ability to view, approve or reject all employees data change requests made on their employee profile. Once approved, the user is then able to post the changes directly to USPS on behalf of the employee.

  • Approve: A pop-up confirmation window will appear providing a note area to optionally enter a reason for the approval. Click Approve. The originator will be notified that the data request has been approved. The data change request status will change from ‘initiated’ to ‘approved’ on the grid.

  • Post to USPS: Once a request has been approved, the image-20240522-203802.png (Post to USPS) button will be activated and allow the user to post the changes directly to USPS. A pop-up confirmation window will appear. Click ‘Yes’ to directly update the employee record in USPS with the requested changes. ESS-408 on 1.3.0
