The Inventory Fiscal Year End Report bundle is triggered when an open period is closed. The bundle mimics Classic's EISCD and will generate 26 reports specified below. The reports will be zipped and emailed to the email address(es) specified in Core>Configuration.
Setting up Email Configuration
In order for the report bundle to be emailed, the following needs to be addressed. NOTE: The report bundle will not generate if either of these configurations are not populated.
Email Address in Core>Configuration must be populated with valid email address(es). Multiple addresses can be entered, separated by commas. INV_GROUP_MANAGER role or higher is needed to modify this field.
Email Configuration under System>Configuration must be installed and populated as well. INV_ADMIN role is required.
Once the report bundle is generated and emailed, you can view the status of the bundle's progress by looking at the Jobs section of System>Configuration.
The email will include the zipped file as an attachment. Download the attachment, accepting the default filename or enter a filename of your choice.

Once downloaded, the format will be in a compressed zipped folder.

Open the contents of the folder based on your browser's settings. Most browsers will allow you to click (or double-click) on the folder to view the contents which will include an alphabetical listing of the Inventory reports in PDF format.

It is recommended districts store the reports in the zipped file until the Document Management & Archival project is available. At that time, districts will be able to upload previously generated documents. |

The Audit Report runs based on the system dates (timestamp), not transaction dates. If there was no activity that occurred within the dates of the fiscal year, or the date range is prior to migrating to Redesign, from Classic. it is possible for this report to show No Data Returned. |
