- Enter the STRS New Hire Report Options if you choose to change the Report Title.
- Generate the Report by clicking on
- Generate the submission file. There are 2 options available:
- To generate the submission file immediately:
- Click on to send the Submission file immediately to STRS.
- To generate the submission file at a later date:
- Click on and then at a later time you can submit it to STRS. At a later date you would perform the following:Find the STRS New Hire csv file and click the

Criteria needed for an employee to be on the STRS New Hire report- AnAn employee has to have a STRS =450 payroll item with the new employee box checked box and hold a position that has STRS as the retirement code and uses the earliest Position Start Date (both found on the Position screen) must be within 180 days prior of the current date for the employee to be eligible for the report. All 'STRS New Hire Record Layout' fields below, need to be completed. |
