The Progress Towards Graduation (PTG) Grad module can be used by EMIS reporting entities to monitor and verify the progress students have made towards graduating. The PTG This module is available for users, with proper access, through the Grad dropdown drop-down in the ODDEX navigation bar.
Users wishing to use the PTG Grad module, must be granted the proper OEDS roles. Information on the OEDS Roles may be found here.
Data shown in this module is derived from data submitted by your district in EMIS and is updated weekly. If there appears to be an issue with the data in this module for a particular student, please consult with your EMIS Coordinator.
Users may gain access to the PTG Grad module within ODDEX by using the Grad link on the navigation bar or by clicking on one of the blue hyperlinks within the landing page. See Landing Page for details on its use.
All users who have access to the PTG Grad module can create reports and export any data. All options in the Grad dropdown drop-down are detailed individually here:
