Find
Users can use options within the Find box to narrow down results. Multiple filter options can be used together. If the clear is not used, the filters will persist, and populate by default, when returning to the screen. The clear option can be used to reset all filters back to their original state.

Using the Building IRN the data may be filtered to those students attending a specific building. Enter in the building IRN you wish to select on.
Grad Cohort - Enter the grad cohort year.
Grade Level - From the drop down select the grade level of the students you wish to select.
Using the Admitted Since the students may be filtered based on their enrollment/admission date.
Admitted From IRN - Enter the IRN of the district students could be admitted to your district from. This would be a value reported to EMIS.

Export
Using any of the Export buttons, the user has the ability to export all data for the students included in the current Find selections. From the File Output Format drop down, select TAB delimited or comma separated (CSV) format. The resulting output file may be saved and imported into a spreadsheet. When importing a TAB delimited or CSV file into a spreadsheet, be certain to select the appropriate delimiter.
There are 3 types of export available on the Individual Students screen: Competency, Course Credits, and Readiness. The export chosen will only include the students from the filter options entered. These 3 exports include all of the data available in the Progress Towards Graduation reports. For each export, we provide documentation that indicates which EMIS data elements are used in the export file and how any summary data points are derived.

The district, such as a JVS, can monitor the Progress Towards Graduation of their educated students by selected the resident district in this drop down. Not all students will have more than one district as an available choice in this drop down.
