Summary
This is a hotifx release of USPS-R that includes a patch for the Benefit Obligation Report, which corrects minor descrepencies in the obligation by account report. It also includes the additon of an outstanding payables adjustement user interface, which is a tab of the oustanding payables screen. This user interface is being provided as a work around for an issue detected with the refund of deduction process. When creating a refund of deduction the application was not automatically posting an offsetting transaction to outstanding payables. In addition to allowing the user to manually post the adjustment in this scenario this user interface provides the ability for the user to manually adjust outstanding payables in general. There are edge cases such as getting money back from a deduction company etc. that may warrant this.
