The Reporting Entity Count Summary Report Options generates a report that displays Retirement days(service days), ODJFS weeks, and/or EMIS attendance and absence days with the percentage of attendance for employees by selected time periods. This report has several sort and selection options that provide you with the flexibility to generate the report for a wide range of employees or a specific group or individual. The option to include employees reportable to EMIS, not reportable, or both is also available.
The Reporting Entity Count Summary Report can be a helpful tool in determining and verifying reporting requirements for the Retirement, ODJFS, and EMIS data submission.
The report includes Long Term Illness days for EMIS staff reporting verification. Also reported is the teacher attendance rate, this % is used for EMIS staff reporting as calculated by the Ohio Department of Education, and is used in various aspects of EMIS.
