Summary
This is the second hotfix release for version 8.26.0 even though the version is 8.26.4. Due to a problem with the 8.26.3 hotfix it was aborted, nothing was released under that version.
This hotfix corrects problems introduced with recent workflow changes that were encountered while performing internal testing. The problems were related to requisition charges becoming inflated and approval permissions.
