Summary
This release of USAS-R contains performance improvements and bug fixes as detailed in the release notes below. Please keep in mind these release notes only reflect the changes included in this release. There are many other features of the software that were previously released that will not be reflected in these release notes. General information about all of the features available in USAS-R can be found in our USAS-R Documentation. There is a section in the documentation that also details the significant changes between USAS-R and Classic USAS.
Important Highlights
Improvements
- Receipt reversal no longer required the posting period associated with the original Receipt's date to be open.
- The Group Manager role has been updated to include the necessary permissions to allow disabling/enabling the report bundles (like USPS).
Bug Fixes
- PO Refresh utility corrected to properly update the invoiceable flag on POs.
- Account change
- corrected to properly cope with po item quantity = 0.00.
- corrected to prevent balancing checking on PO items that are not associated with the account being changed.
- Audit report corrected to prevent returning a null id which resulted in a null pointer exception and prevented the report from generating.
